Benzodiazepine Detox

Benzodiazepine withdrawal is one of the most dangerous in medicine — abrupt cessation can cause seizures and death. We never recommend cold-turkey detox from benzos. Our protocol uses gradual tapering, often substituting longer-acting agents, monitored continuously by physicians experienced in benzodiazepine dependence. Patience is part of the protocol.
